Important Webcast Information
What is a Web Cast?
A web cast allows you to connect to live presentations using your home or office computer. Each presentation will take place on the specified day at 2:00 pm. Eastern Time. The first 45 minutes will be video and audio. The presentation will be followed by a live chat room session. During the 30 minute chat room period, you will be able to ask questions directly of the presenter from your computer.
What type of computer equipment/software do you need in order to participate? You will need a computer with an Internet connection and RealOne Player, which is a free software program. Technology support is available to provide technical assistance and answer your questions via phone and email.

(You must register for the course to receive the link for the webcast). This link will NOT be available until the day of the webcast, 1:45 PM ET. After 1:45 pm ET, if you click on the webcast link, and you get the following Real Player message: "Requested file not found. The link you followed my be outdated or inaccurate," try refreshing your browser and re-clicking on the webcast link.
Captioning Feature: Each web cast will be captioned. The Captioning Feature will be available the day of the webcast.
Streaming RealVideo: Test your System to receive the streaming RealVideo. RealPlayer installation instructions | RealPlayer troubleshooting.
Live Chatroom: Submit brief questions in the moderated chatroom from 2:45 - 3:15 pm ET. Chatroom is available for testing on the Friday prior to the webcast, 2 - 4 pm ET, and the day of the webcast 12:00 - 3:30 pm ET. Chatroom Help
Chatroom Tips for the Moderated Live Chat Event:
  1. Please keep your questions brief and to the point.
  2. Because the chats are moderated, there will be a delay in response time.
  3. When you submit a question, you will see the message, "Your message has been sent to the moderators."
  4. If your question is not answered during the live chat, we will post the questions and answers in the archives by the following business day.
Questions for the Presenter: You will be able to Email your questions to the presenter throughout the week of the webcast.
