Barbara Butz
Barbara has over thirty years of experience in the areas of workforce development and human services. She has also worked at the highest levels of state government, serving as Florida’s Assistant Secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment Security for four years. Barbara currently is President of the Capstone Consulting Group, Inc. based in Tallahassee, Florida. She is involved in many state and regional projects focused on workforce development, workforce inclusion and health care access issues. Currently Barbara’s projects include: facilitation of the Southeast Regional Work Incentives Work Group, support to the BPAO network in Florida through the VCU Benefits Assistance Resource and Training Center, and development of the Benefits Navigator manual series which serves as a guide to human service systems for individuals with disabilities and their families. |
