Barbara Otto
Barbara Otto has spent many years organizing media and advocacy strategy around SSI and health care issues. She has a strong background in legislative advocacy and played a key role in the SSI Coalition’s work on the national level, working closely with Senate staff in the development of new work incentives proposals before Congress. Ms. Otto also has extensive legislative and administrative advocacy experience on the national level. |
