COMMENT: We think a similar calculation sheet would be helpful for an eligible individual with an ineligible spouse.

Also, we note that this reference material will be used for BPAO and PABSS training programs in Regions III, IV, VI and IX. State supplementation is an issue for eligible couples in some of these regions and should be addressed in this chart.
