Receiving Intensive Benefit Support
In
terms of the total service time received by intensive benefit
support individuals in the program, overall, SSI recipients
were the most likely of the three groups to receive less than
one hour of service, with a mean of 3.3 hours, while concurrent
SSI/SSDI beneficiaries were the least likely to receive less
than one hour of service, with a mean of 4.2 hours. SSDI beneficiaries
received, on average, 3.6 service hours.
