half of I & R/Problem Solving recipients received less than
one hour of total service. The average amount of service time
for this group was 1.2 hours, with only 13 percent receiving
three or more hours. In contrast, nearly 90 percent of the beneficiaries
in the intensive benefit support group received one hour or
more of service, and nearly half received between two and four
hours of service, with an average service time of about 3.6
hours. Nearly a quarter of these beneficiaries received more
than five hours of service; however, less than seven percent
received more than 10 hours..
