| While
the BPAO Program served individuals with a broad variety of
both physical and mental disabilities, the two most common primary
disability categories indicated were mental and emotional disorders
and system diseases, which jointly accounted for nearly half
of the beneficiaries receiving I & R/Problem Solving and
just over half of those receiving intensive benefit support.
The categories indicated least often for both groups were traumatic
brain injury, sensory impairment, and infectious disease. Thus,
the overall pattern of primary disabilities was very similar
for both service groups.
