questions regarding the BPAO National Data Entry and Reporting System
should be submitted to the following contact persons at Virginia
Commonwealth University. It's helpful if you copy both Ming and
Jennifer when requesting assistance!

serves as the primary contact for assistance with technical aspects
related to the BPAO Data System:

difficulty logging onto the data system;

identifying your password and user name;

error messages received during the data entry process;

assistance needed to delete duplicate entries or correct wrong
entries (in particular, Date of Intake and/or Time Spent With
Beneficiary;

assistance with acquiring a data file with your Project's data
submitted during a specific time period; and/or
-
all other technical aspects related to the BPAO Data System
